InBoUnD

Not like the business kind of inbound where
outbound is an option too, not inbound(read in slo'-mo) like in bond, woven or attached to something or anything silly be it love, friendship etc. InBound like incoming, like a flying dart to a dart board, like a missile to an enemy country or something natural like a meteorite from space to planet earth. A good example is "human beings are bound to make mistakes," the use of bound in the sentence is what am talking about.

Better days are coming, a comforting lie everyone tell themselves when they are broke AF or when heart stricken by love. Do they really come? or the days just turn gloomier.  No one really does plan or remember the dark days, most people console their souls and say "lets live the moment," which is a good thing but when you are fully prepared for the worst that is to come. A good number let the dark days come as they are and they hit you hard. Harder than a blow to the face.

Your extreme worst could be someone's best that they could ever have. Like the Wise Swahili men say ; "A stale peel of cane is an ant's biggest harvest" Do not ask yourself so many questions or blame God at your worst state, their is someone who is looking at you as their icon. Never show your weakness, act like you are flourishing when you really are damaged. Make them wish they could be you because they never see you sad. Let them call you names like wannabe or day dreamer, but don't give in. Fake it and you might make it then rub it in their faces. Later after all this show of confidence retire to your place, make sure the doors are closed, grab a pillow and cry your eyes out.

Dark days are just but sweet memories you will cherish when you are blossoming or enjoying a hard-worked pay rather you would stand in front of an audience and narrate a testimony of your life ordeal to inspire them. Glooming in tough times should be past tense, what should give you the will to keep on moving past the pain is the fact that time is constantly moving and when it moves it is inevitable for things to change. They just must change. Dark days, could also be just dark, with lack of photons, night. Thugs, killers and rapists love darkness for that's when their business booms. I am neither but I really enjoy the peace that emanates when all the lights go off, the rush of people to get home, the beautiful silhouettes of curvacious females created by the dimming streetlights and the joy of bumping into a face I know and after greetings the conversation looses meaning, you wonder what to say next. I mean you already know they are going to buy supper but you are like " you going for supper?" and they be like "yeah! You?"

The age of bad being awesome is past inbound. Its already already here. Remember when in primary school and you see a drunkard, staggering their way home maybe singing their own version of a hit song or making unnecessary noise? At such moments even if unspoken you swore you'd never taste alcohol, a quick flashfoward to the present, you are comfortably enjoying the privileges that drunkard you despised had. And the irony is that it's a cool thing, actually it's like you are expected to be able to consume alcohol. Alcoholism has become a course of its own. One has to know all kinds of drinks; from bear to vodka and also be familiar with their tastes.Three forbidden words to be said out loud in a party "I don't drink" everyone would look at you like you are a retard. It would be as if the world paused for a moment and suddenly everyone was staring at you. And you make it worse and say "am a virgin" you'd be put on a spaceship for a free trip to Mars.

That's all for today............Till next time. ciao
